year ago and now

there's a level of truth i seem to only access through writing in diaryland. something about the merging of anonymity and audience. a year ago this time, i was lamenting over and trying to move pass the girl i referred to simply as Her. now, i'm in what is perhaps my first stable relationship. one where i'm not in it for the novelty of her exterior. one where i'm humbled by how good she has been to me.
