my insomnia has starting coming back, keeping me awake again. it's combined with a restlessness, literally. apathy. a general discomfort. my body held hostage from relaxing and winding down even though it's so incredibly tired. somewhat akin to having your eyelids taped open. not that i've ever tried that.
