ice cream & red wine

no more ice cream and red wine for dinner.
it's worth noting though, that today was good. that, finally ready and able, i posted my room for rent notice. and that maybe the cabernet & ice cream helped facilitate a necessary emotional release. and that an hours long crash is so refreshing compared to the days and weeks long crashes from years back.
also, from the novel i'm reading:
don't create snakes out of ropes.
